Hello Everybody and welcome to the shop!

Once upon a time, I had my heart set on being a full fledged feature film animator. After discovering that my third Uncle's, SEVETH cousin was Walt Disney, I KNEW that I was meant to be a dreamer and a storyteller.

So, I went to school, I got an education, and did everything I could to get out and score that big job. I graduated with a Fine Arts Degree in 1997 from Arizona State University and went right to work as a painter. Yup, you heard me right, I was a professional painter right out of college. I could paint interiors and exterior, do a little drywall repair, remove the popcorn ceilings, fix your trim board and even build an addition to your house. Not quite the use for my Fine Arts degree that I expected.

I started with a company making interactive content on the computer and soon found myself learning how to use Flash. I spent the next 8 years looking for ways to hone my skills and learn more about the animation process. I started doing some voiceover work and character designs and was feeling pretty good, but somewhere along the way I stopped using paper and pencils and I was doing all of my drawing on the computer. That's when I got a nudge from my good friend.
